Marty Easling – President & Owner
Marty is a graduate of Michigan Technological University with
a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He started Easling Construction in 1975 then purchased another company in
1977 that consisted of about a dozen employees. He merged the two and has built up to a company of over one hundred employees today.

Marty takes a, “hands on approach” to the everyday operations of the Company and visits every site virtually every day. With
the vast knowledge that he has obtained over the past thirty years, we are able to solve any situations that arise in the construction of a building.

Marty also feels that it is essential to do as much of our work within our own company. This gives us the ability to control the schedules of the jobs and keep everything flowing smoothly
and not be subjected to delays waiting for sub-contractors to complete their work.

Easling Construction has built hundreds of homes in the Leelanau and Grand Traverse Areas and intends to be here
for many years to come.We have also completed many Commercial Projects, including Restaurants, Churches, Office Buildings and Condominiums.
