			Jason Klingelsmith – Estimator/Supervisor Jason joined Easling Construction in the summer of 2006. He is responsible for the majority of the estimating work that is done in the Office. He comes to us with a vast background and knowledge in the Residential Construction Industry. He has worked in Construction in the Traverse City area for the past twenty years and has an excellent rapport with a number of local suppliers and sub-contractors. His experience includes a great deal of work in the field, on the crew, as well as a considerable amount of work in the management side of the business. His background gives him the ability to determine the most efficient methods and materials for the job at hand and the ability to foresee the needs of the crews and keep the jobs supplied with the necessary materials. He is quickly becoming a great asset for Easling Construction and we look forward to his employment for many years to come.
