Easling Construction is a northern Michigan General Contractor that has been in business since 1976 and has grown to a staff
of nearly 100 employees. We currently have seven foremen and crews working year round. We generally have about 6-7 homes and a number of smaller projects under construction at any given time. We are located near Leland and generally work throughout Leelanau and Grand Traverse Counties. We have completed numerous Residential and Commercial Buildings over the past thirty years and know that we can provide the services that you will need for your potential construction.

We are one of the largest contractors in the northern Michigan area and one of the few that still provides virtually all of our services under one roof. We do all of our own Masonry Work, Framing and Finish Carpentry, Roofing, Ceramic Tile, Stone Work, Cabinetry, Drywall Hanging and Finishing and all Painting. We usually build the Cabinetry on site and make the Cabinet Doors, Interior Doors, Moldings and Miscellaneous Items at our Shop. We have expanded our Wood Shop to over 5,500 sq. ft with four full-time employees.

We do virtually everything except the Excavating, Mechanical and Electrical Work. This gives us the ability to control the workmanship and scheduling of our projects without having to rely on the schedule of subcontractors. It also provides the Owner the comfort of dealing with only one company for the entire project. We have completed many projects from the smallest bathroom remodel to over 14,000 square foot homes. With the crew and versatility that we have, we know that we can build a home that you will be proud of.
